A bill for an act
relating to motor fuels; requiring inventory reports from fuel terminals; proposing
coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 239.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin A person who operates a terminal where petroleum products are loaded into
transport trucks for subsequent distribution shall provide to the director each week written
inventory reports showing the number of gallons of regular grade gasoline, number 1
diesel, number 2 diesel, kerosene, heating oil, ethanol, and biodiesel available for sale to
any licensed distributor. The report must show the availability of these fuels by volume
for each terminal. The reports may be made electronically.
