A bill for an act
relating to human services; instructing the revisor of statutes to recodify rules and
statutes governing licensing of day care facilities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The revisor of statutes, in consultation with the House Research Department, Office of
Senate Counsel, Research and Fiscal Analysis, and the Department of Human Services shall
prepare legislation for the 2020 legislative session to repeal and enact as statutes the
Minnesota Rules and recodify Minnesota Statutes governing licensing of day care facilities
in Minnesota Statutes.
