BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DRUG COURT; OLMSTED COUNTY.

$....... from the general fund is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 to the Third Judicial
District Court for the purpose of developing and supporting a drug court in Olmsted
County. This appropriation is available until spent.
