A bill for an act
relating to drivers' licenses; modifying provisions relating to driver's license
cancellation; amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 171.14.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 171.14, is amended to read:


171.14 CANCELLATION.

person deleted text begin whodeleted text end , at the time of the cancellation, would not have been entitled to receive a

paragraph (a), clause (3), for 60 days or until the required or correct information has
been provided, whichever is longer.
