  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to legal services; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             supreme court for civil legal services. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,900,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, and 
  1.7   $1,900,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999, is 
  1.8   appropriated from the general fund to the supreme court for 
  1.9   civil legal services under Minnesota Statutes, section 480.242.  
  1.10  This appropriation is in addition to any other appropriation for 
  1.11  the same purpose.
