A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; extending the agricultural fertilizer research and education
program and council; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, sections 18C.70,
subdivision 5; 18C.71, subdivision 4.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 18C.70, subdivision 5, is amended to read:
Subd. 5.
Expiration.
This section expires January 8, 2017 June 30, 2020.
Sec. 2.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 18C.71, subdivision 4, is amended to read:
Subd. 4.
Expiration.
This section expires January 8, 2017 June 30, 2020.
Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act is effective retroactively from January 7, 2017.
