  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; permitting use of revenue for 
  1.3             independent school district Nos. 561, Goodridge; and 
  1.4             600, Fisher. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REVENUE USE APPROVAL.] 
  1.7      The use of revenue for construction in independent school 
  1.8   district No. 561, Goodridge, authorized in Laws 1995, First 
  1.9   Special Session chapter 3, article 8, section 23, and in 
  1.10  independent school district No. 600, Fisher, authorized in Laws 
  1.11  1995, First Special Session chapter 3, article 8, section 22, 
  1.12  subdivision 21, is approved.  The department shall not make any 
  1.13  levy or aid adjustments related to these projects.  
  1.14     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.15     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
