A bill for an act
relating to highways; appropriating money from the trunk highway fund for
construction of median safety barrier on marked Interstate Highway 494.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $100,000 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of
transportation for construction of a cable median safety barrier on marked Interstate
Highway 494 from its intersection with Carlson Parkway in the city of Plymouth to the
south side of its intersection with marked Trunk Highway 55 in the city of Plymouth.
