BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Blackduck, for the high school student retention program:

new text begin By December 15, 2007, the department must report to the
education committees of the legislature on how the Blackduck
High School student retention program is reducing the drop-out
rate. The report must include disaggregated data on drop-out
rates, graduation rates, and postsecondary enrollment rates.
