relating to economic development; appropriating money to Enterprise Minnesota,
Inc.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development
for a grant to Enterprise Minnesota, Inc., for the small business growth acceleration
program under Minnesota Statutes, section 116O.115. This is a onetime appropriation
and is available until expended.
