  1.4             Blue Earth counties.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the board 
  1.8   of water and soil resources for the quad lakes restoration 
  1.9   project in Faribault and Blue Earth counties.
