  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; transferring to the world 
  1.3             trade center appropriations that were not expended for 
  1.4             an international medical exposition. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TRANSFER.] 
  1.7      $70,000 of the amount appropriated to the department of 
  1.8   trade and economic development for a grant to the Minnesota 
  1.9   world trade center corporation in Laws 1992, chapter 513, 
  1.10  article 4, section 17, subdivision 2, to establish an annual 
  1.11  medical exposition, trade fair, and health care congress is 
  1.12  transferred to the Minnesota world trade center corporation for 
  1.13  general operating expenses.  This appropriation is available for 
  1.14  the biennium ending June 30, 2001.
