  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Sartell to 
  1.3             issue additional on-sale licenses. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF SARTELL; ON-SALE LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of Sartell may issue five on-sale intoxicating 
  1.7   liquor licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  
  1.8   All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not 
  1.9   inconsistent with this section, apply to the licenses authorized 
  1.10  by this section. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
