management of Upper Rice and Minerva Lakes in
Clearwater County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin UPPER RICE LAKE AND MINERVA LAKE MANAGEMENT
PLANS; CLEARWATER COUNTY.

Rice Lake and Minerva Lake consistent with the recommendations
and conclusions in the local water planning challenge grant
report entitled: "Upper Rice Lake/Minerva Lake Challenge Grant."
