BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$5,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to
the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Hennepin County Board of
Commissioners to protect, enhance, and restore lakes and streams in Hennepin County.
