  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to watershed districts; authorizing an 
  1.3             increased levy by the Valley Branch watershed district 
  1.4             for its administrative fund. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [VALLEY BRANCH WATERSHED DISTRICT; LEVY FOR 
  1.7   ADMINISTRATIVE FUND.] 
  1.8      The Valley Branch watershed district may levy in 1995 and 
  1.9   thereafter a tax not to exceed $200,000 on property within the 
  1.10  district for the administrative fund.  The levy authorized under 
  1.11  this section is in lieu of Minnesota Statutes, section 103D.905, 
  1.12  subdivision 3.  The administrative fund shall be used for the 
  1.13  purposes contained in section 103D.905, subdivision 3.  The 
  1.14  board of managers shall make the levy for the administrative 
  1.15  fund in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 103D.915.
