relating to workforce development; appropriating money for performance grants
to Avivo.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$650,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $650,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development
for performance grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8747, to Avivo to provide
low-income individuals with career education and job skills training that is integrated with
chemical and mental health services.
