  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; requiring the commissioner 
  1.3             of human services to place individual names on graves 
  1.4             at regional treatment center cemeteries; appropriating 
  1.5             money. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [NAMES REQUIRED ON GRAVES.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of human services shall replace numbers 
  1.9   with the names of individuals at all graves located at regional 
  1.10  treatment centers operated or formerly operated by the 
  1.11  commissioner of human services. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.13     $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.14  commissioner of human services for the biennium beginning July 
  1.15  1, 2001, for the purposes of section 1.  Twenty percent of this 
  1.16  appropriation will be paid to a consumer run disability rights 
  1.17  organization located in St. Paul for community organizing, 
  1.18  coordination, fundraising, and administrative costs.
