  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Proctor to 
  1.3             issue an additional on-sale license. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF PROCTOR; LIQUOR LICENSE.] 
  1.6      The city of Proctor may issue one on-sale intoxicating 
  1.7   liquor license in addition to the number authorized by law.  All 
  1.8   provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.9   with this section, apply to the license authorized under this 
  1.10  section. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective upon approval by the Proctor city 
  1.13  council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
