relating to natural resources; requiring one or more 2021 open seasons for taking
wolves.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 97B.645, subdivision 9, the commissioner
of natural resources must prescribe one or more open seasons for taking wolves by hunting,
trapping, and bow and arrow between November 6, 2021, and November 21, 2021. Except
as provided in this section, nothing in this act shall be construed to abrogate or otherwise
amend the commissioner's authority under Minnesota Statutes, section 97B.647.
