  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [WATER QUALITY COST-BENEFIT MODEL; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2000 is appropriated from the 
  1.9   general fund to the commissioner of the pollution control agency 
  1.10  for the development of a water quality cost-benefit model based 
  1.11  on the scoping guidelines and report issued by the cost-benefit 
  1.12  task force on a watershed cost-benefit analysis model for water 
  1.13  quality standards.
