  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FACILITY GRANT; BLUE EARTH.] 
  1.7      $620,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a facility grant to independent school district No. 
  1.10  2860, Blue Earth Area Public School, for the replacement of a 
  1.11  boiler at Blue Earth Area elementary/junior high.  This 
  1.12  appropriation is available until June 30, 2003.
