relating to human services; repealing certain long-term care provider rate
reductions; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.5012, subdivisions
12, 13; Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 7, section 54, as
amended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
