  1.2             relating to education; allowing independent school 
  1.3             district No. 279, Osseo, to levy a tax to provide 
  1.4             instructional services for at-risk children. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [OSSEO LEVY.] 
  1.7      For levies payable in 1998 only, independent school 
  1.8   district No. 279, Osseo, may levy a tax in an amount not to 
  1.9   exceed $800,000.  The proceeds of this levy must be used to 
  1.10  provide instructional services for at-risk children.
