  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the housing finance agency; appropriating 
  1.3             money to the family homeless prevention and assistance 
  1.4             program. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $4,600,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.8   biennium ending June 30, 2003, for transfer to the housing 
  1.9   development fund for the family homeless prevention and 
  1.10  assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.204.  
  1.11  This appropriation is added to the budget base for the program 
  1.12  for the preceding biennium and the total is the department's 
  1.13  budget base for the program.
