relating to natural resources; modifying management of part of Lake
Vermilion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of natural resources must redesignate the area south of U.S. Highway
169 in Lake Vermilion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park from a state park to a state
recreation area to allow an off-highway vehicle campground that meets the requirements
of the master plan for the area.
