relating to transportation; appropriating money from state airports fund.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $5,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the state
airports fund for fiscal year 2009 and must be spent according to Minnesota Statutes,
section 360.305, subdivision 4. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28,
subdivision 6, this appropriation is available for five years after the effective date of
this section.
