BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2022 and $....... in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of natural resources for reforestation to meet the requirements of
Minnesota Statutes, section 89.002, subdivision 2. These are onetime appropriations.
