relating to appropriations; appropriating money for the operation and
maintenance of the Metropolitan Regional Parks System.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated to
the Metropolitan Council for maintenance and operation of the metropolitan area regional
parks in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 473.351.
