  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $3,000,000 is appropriated in the 1998-1999 biennium from 
  1.7   the general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for purposes of the foodshelf program under Minnesota 
  1.9   Statutes, section 268.55.
