  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highway safety; requiring special school 
  1.3             district No. 1, Minneapolis, to maintain a "How's My 
  1.4             Driving?" program.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SCHOOL BUSES; SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE 
  1.7   VEHICLES; DRIVER INCIDENT REPORTING PROGRAM.] 
  1.8      Special school district No. 1, Minneapolis, must provide a 
  1.9   program that allows persons who observe instances of unsafe 
  1.10  driving of a school bus operated by or under contract to the 
  1.11  district to report those instances to a telephone hot line 
  1.12  maintained by the district.  The program must include the 
  1.13  prominent placement of a sticker on the rear of each such school 
  1.14  bus containing the phrase "How's My Driving?" and the telephone 
  1.15  hot line number maintained by the district.
