  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the commissioner of 
  1.3             public safety to issue a license to the state 
  1.4             agricultural society for on-sale of Minnesota produced 
  1.5             wine at the state fair.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA PRODUCED WINE; STATE FAIR.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 37.21 and 
  1.9   340A.412, subdivision 4, paragraph (a), clause (3), the 
  1.10  commissioner of public safety may issue a license to the state 
  1.11  agricultural society for on-sale of Minnesota produced wine at 
  1.12  the state fair.  For purposes of this section, "Minnesota 
  1.13  produced wine" is wine produced by a farm winery licensee under 
  1.14  Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.315, where the wine is made 
  1.15  from at least 75 percent Minnesota grown grapes.
