  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [NORTHWEST COMMUNITY LAW ENFORCEMENT PROJECT.] 
  1.6      $625,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of public safety for a grant to the northwest 
  1.8   Hennepin human services council to administer the northwest 
  1.9   community law enforcement project, to be available until June 
  1.10  30, 1999.
