BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources to design, acquire land for, and develop the Camp
Ripley/Veterans State Trail, established in Minnesota Statutes, section 85.015, subdivision
28, in conjunction with the United States Department of Defense and the Minnesota
Department of Transportation.
