BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $100,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the all-terrain vehicle account
in the natural resources fund to the commissioner of the Iron Range Resources and
Rehabilitation Board for a grant to Lake County for completion of the Lake County
Regional ATV Trail. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
