  1.2             relating to state government; health and human 
  1.3             services; repealing obsolete rules; repealing 
  1.4             Minnesota Rules, parts 2500.2050; 2500.2060; 
  1.5             2500.2070; 4635.0100; 4635.0200. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [RULE REPEAL.] 
  1.8      (a) Minnesota Rules, parts 2500.2050; 2500.2060; and 
  1.9   2500.2070, are repealed. 
  1.10     (b) Minnesota Rules, parts 4635.0100 and 4635.0200, are 
  1.11  repealed.
