  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to recreation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             snowmobile grants-in-aid. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the snowmobile trails and 
  1.7   enforcement account in the natural resources fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for snowmobile grants-in-aid.  
  1.9   The sum is available until expended. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
