A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for redevelopment of the
former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) in Ramsey County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TCAAP REDEVELOPMENT.

new text begin $6,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation for a grant to Ramsey County for construction of a four-lane county
highway providing north-south access through the site of the former Twin Cities Army
Ammunition Plant (TCAAP). This appropriation is in addition to the appropriation in
Laws 2014, chapter 295, section 7, subdivision 3.
