  1.2             relating to education; providing for a fund transfer 
  1.3             for independent school district No. 2853, Lac qui 
  1.4             Parle Valley. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.58, 
  1.8   123B.79, or 123B.80, on June 30, 2001, independent school 
  1.9   district No. 2853, Lac qui Parle Valley, may permanently 
  1.10  transfer up to $....... from its reserved account for disabled 
  1.11  accessibility to its reserved account for operating capital in 
  1.12  the general fund.  This transfer is contingent upon the school 
  1.13  district demonstrating to the commissioner's satisfaction that 
  1.14  the district's school buildings are accessible to students or 
  1.15  employees with disabilities.
