A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; directing the commissioner of transportation to place
traffic-control signals in the city of Eveleth.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNAL INSTALLATION.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 169.06, subdivisions 1 and 2, by
December 31, 2013, the commissioner of transportation shall place and maintain four-way
traffic-control signals at the intersection of marked Trunk Highway 53 and Hat Trick
Avenue in the city of Eveleth.
