A bill for an act
relating to taxation; providing for appeals of denial of green acres treatment;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 273.111, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 273.111, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

section, the applicant may appeal the decision to the local board of appeal and equalization
as provided under section 274.01.
