A bill for an act
relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the control of bovine tuberculosis
in cattle herds.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL; APPROPRIATION.

$408,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $408,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Board of Animal Health to eliminate bovine tuberculosis from
cattle herds in Minnesota. This is a onetime appropriation.
