money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION GRANT.

new text begin Eligibility. new text end

new text begin The Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig school is eligible for a grant to
design, construct, furnish, and equip a new school.

new text begin Match requirement. new text end

new text begin The grant shall equal the lesser of 25 percent of the
total cost to design, construct, furnish, and equip the new school, or $5,000,000.

new text begin This appropriation is not available until the
commissioner of education has determined that at least $10,000,000 has been committed
to the project from nonstate sources, and that sufficient nonstate funds are available to
complete the project.

new text begin Construction plans pursuant to this grant are
subject to the review and comment requirements of Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.70
and 123B.71.
