relating to education finance; appropriating money to Eden Valley-Watkins
school district to recover the cost of remediating an environmental hazard.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the commissioner
of education for a grant to Independent School District No. 463, Eden Valley-Watkins,
to recover the amount actually spent on environmental remediation efforts related to
the cleanup of a mercury spill.
