A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying a prior appropriation for a grant to the
city of Golden Valley; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3,
article 1, section 16, subdivision 7.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 16, subdivision
7, is amended to read:

Golden Valley; Douglas Drive and
Highway 55

From the bond proceeds account in the state
transportation fund as provided in Minnesota
Statutes, section 174.50, for a grant to the city
of Golden Valley to deleted text beginconstructdeleted text endnew text begin perform
preliminary and final design engineering,
environmental analysis, acquisition of
permanent easements and right-of-way,
reconstruction, and construction engineering
of local roads related to construction ofnew text end public
