BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, Independent
School District No. 81, Comfrey, on June 30, 2007, may permanently transfer up to
$250,000 from its reserved for capital operating account to its undesignated general fund
balance.
