BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RESOURCE, INC.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic
development for grants to Resource, Inc. to provide low-income individuals career
education and job skills training that are fully integrated with chemical and mental health
services.
