relating to human services; appropriating money for human services programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS; HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS.

new text begin (a) $9,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $9,950,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for the long-term homeless
supportive services fund under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.26. This appropriation
shall be added to the base.

new text begin (b) $5,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $5,950,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for transitional
housing programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.33. This appropriation shall be
added to the base.

new text begin (c) $850,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $850,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for emergency services grants
under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.36. This appropriation shall be added to the base.

new text begin (d) $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services to provide
housing and services to homeless youth under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.45. This
appropriation shall be added to the base.
