London-Spicer, to start the school year before Labor Day.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NEW LONDON-SPICER; SCHOOL START DATE BEFORE LABOR
DAY.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120A.40, for the 2015-2016 school
year only, Independent School District No. 345, New London-Spicer, may start the school
year on the Monday before Labor Day but may not hold school on the Friday immediately
before Labor Day.
