BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $41,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota Humanities
Commission for a grant to Everybody Wins!-Minnesota, a Minnesota 501(c)(3)
corporation, to operate a reading program for Minnesota children. This is a onetime
